15th Austrian-German Commodity Science-Symposium 2015

The Research-Association for Commodity Science were organising the 15th Symposium in cooperation with the DGWT German Association for Commodity Science and Technology and the ÖGWT Austrian Associaton for Commodity Science and Technology.
The organisers warmly invited the participants to the scientific programme and the excursions.
Main theme: Sustainable production of food in the land of vulcanos.
Southern Styria - Region Bad Blumau, from 30. - 31. March 2015
Individual papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
The World Exhibition in Mailand, the , is according to the theme: "Feeding the Planet. Energy for Life". The EXPO will consider nutrition as well as ressources of our planet. Our symposion is perfectly adjusted to this focus.
Themes of the symposium:
The Main topic of our symposium was the question, if sustainable food production is possible and which circumstances are necessary for this.

- Merchandising of sustainable produced food products

- Symposiums language will be German, presentations in English are wellcome!
